FACIAL FEATURES

'Sweet Princess Valentina' views the world through shiny, black, hand crafted glass eyes, made in Germany surrounded by my sculpted signature upper and lower eyelids filled with "wet" tears. Her nose has also been sculpted freehand.

BODY

She is five way jointed and was created in a variety of materials/colors - panda style. She is created in a very matted, garnet red mohair, a longer champagne swirled German mohair and Viscose on her paw pads.

She was sewn entirely by hand by the artist, no machines, in hundreds of tiny stitches and is stuffed with 100% virgin polyester, copper shot and the highest quality lavender buds in the chubby belly.

LAVENDER

The lavender is imported from the Mont Ventoux region of Provence, France. Lavender is a La De Da' signature element added to all of my bears to enhance the "hug" experience with a gentle, therapeutic natural scent. Squeezing the buds helps release the scent, so you get a little bit of relaxation with every hug. In addition, non-culinary Lavender is a natural repellent helping preserve and protect your La De Da' Artisan Bear for many years.

DETAILS

'Sweet Princess Valentina' wears a removable paper-mâché'd, mixed media art crown that I designed just for her royally cute head. It is made from a variety of antique book pages, art paper and chiffon, applied in a textured, antique style, glittered on the inside (sealed so it does not scatter) and lacquered. She also wears a beautiful genuine Swarovski heart crystal on her chest. Her wings are in a variety of patterns in black, red and cream, sewn in, not removable,made of chiffon that I have custom printed, applied in layers. They are very delicate and ethereal, very much in the La De Da'© style.
