Welcome along to little Hector, he is a slumpy style sitting bear & he is 2.5 inches sitting, (3.5 inches laid out), this very cute little character is wonderfully chunky & very nicely weighted for that wonderful quality feel when you pick him up & hold him in your hands. He is fully cotter-pin jointed (5 ways), quite loosely jointed & a floppy style bear but also firmly filled, a truly wonderful combination.

Wonderfully crafted & sculpted to be 'all about the bear' he is made from a very cute miniature bear fur, a lovely duck egg blue colour with a dark backing, so soft, fluffy & tufty!

His face has tiny shiny black glass needle sculpted eyes with some shading & stitched eyebrows, he has a very carefully embroidered nose also with delicate soft shading, finished with a hint of cute blushing cheeks, his paws have tiny embroidered claw stitching, & he is wearing an old jingle bell on a vintage style pale aqua ribbon.

He is such a beautiful little bear with so much detail in such a small package! He is very carefully filled to give a firm structure but also soft and tactile in all the right places! This bear is a new design to sit only, he cannot stand, & he can sit alone without props, he has a wonderful comforting cute chubby style tummy for that ultimate snuggly appeal but with a traditional style.

A design years in the making & lots of hard work, fun & love! this miniature bear cub is a Barney Bears Original, completely designed & handcrafted by me - Cheryl E. Rogers, always taking the utmost care & attention to every tiny detail & stitch of every miniature bear I make.
