I made this sweet little thing for a commissioned order, I wanted to show him here in my gallery because I don't already have a 'bee bear' in here & I think he a real cutie! He is just 9.5cm approx from paw pad to ear tip standing, & 6.5cm approx sitting height, he is fully jointed (5 ways)& he is very nicely weighted for that wonderful quality feel when you pick him up & hold him in your hands. I really love this little Bumble Bear !! His fur is so soft, silky & fluffy in a pumpkin/yellow colour with dark brown arms legs & ears, the brown also has contrasting yellow gold highlights to match the yellow! He has tiny shiny black English glass needle sculpted eyes with tiny shading & a very carefully embroidered nose also with delicate soft shading, he has quirky ears & antennae, finished with cute blushing cheeks, he wears a vintage style ribbon which hosts cute little wings that drape down his back, and has a cute pendant & jingle bell attached. He really is a very endearing sweet little bear that I hope will bring you lots of happiness & smiles. He can sit & slump alone without props, he has a wonderful comforting cute chubby style tummy for that ultimate snuggly appeal but with a traditional style. A design years in the making & lots of hard work, fun & love! this miniature bear cub is a Barney Bears Original, completely designed & handcrafted by me - Cheryl E. Rogers, always taking the utmost care & attention to every tiny detail & stitch of every miniature bear I make. Please Note: Barney Bears are not suitable for babies & young children due to small parts used such as eyes, joints & steel shot weighting & decorations.
