Hello dear Friends!
My name is Marina. Bluemary is my workshop name. I live in a small town Chernihiv in Ukraine. I'm a teacher by profession. I'm fond of sport, travelling and of course crafting! I create toys for several years and teach other people how to do it. I prefer to work with miniatures. I create miniature teddy bears, pigs, birds, cats, mice, rabbits, hedgehogs. My home is my studio and I like to work with natural materials, clay, mohair, wool felt, viscose, epoxy putty for dolls, old lace, silk ribbons. I try to work using different techniques and materials in order to achieve desired results. Thats why I can use something modern and something vintage from the past centures in one project. I'm fond of costume history and old embroidery techniques. You can find my miniature bears in historical costumes. I also create accessories for my toys by myself such as hats, bags, shoes ets. I drew my inspiration from children's stories and tales, nature and music.
All of my toys are unique and 100% handmade without the use of the sewing machine. My miniature toys live all over the world. You can find them in Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, Poland, Russia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Canada, France, Norway, Singapore, Taiwan, Italy, Australia and the list keeps growing.
