I started create things from around the age of ten. It was completely normal at that time in my country and everyone was involved in some crafting. Later, after school, I worked as an art director, illustrator, graphic and packaging designer for 13 years. I found this as the most stressful and exhausting time in my life. That's why I decided to give it up. Happily it gave me much more free time for crafting :-) I currently live in UK and I do what I like most: I create teddy bears, bear friends, fantasy creatures and I also have some free time time to paint and draw.
All my furry friends travel with Birth Certificate and personalised tags. Custom orders are welcome:-)

Returns Bears & Refunds Policies:

If you are not happy with your order you can return it within the 14 days. This period starts from the moment you receive the parcel. You will be responsible for returning items with their original condition and with its original packaging as well as return shipping costs and insurance cost if applied. Refund will be provided within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
★ Please CONTACT ME FIRST if you are not satisfied and just give me 24h for answer - that is what I am asking you for :-)
★ REQUEST FOR REFUND FOR FAULTY ITEMS please! MAKE IT WITHIN 24h after receiving the parcel.
★ When you receive your bear, PLEASE! inspect him right away to make sure everything is ok and the bear is not faulty or damaged and matches the description and you like it:-)
★ Please if you are not sure about something ASK QUESTION about bear BEFORE YOU BUY:-)
