Hello and welcome to the multi award winning Button Meadow Bears!
I made my first bear when I was 11 years old during Secondary school lessons and my Mum still has him even to this day, many years later!
I am entirely self taught, from sewing to designing to needle felting and painting - I've had to work it all out myself, so my bear designs are all 100% original. I hand make everything on my bears: armatures, eyes, claws, teeth. I find this allows me to really create an expressive creature that just makes you want to take them home and adopt them!
I needle-felt and hand paint the faces and allow the bear to 'guide me' into creating the personality that it wants - each one is different and what I create on one doesn't necessarily work on another. That's why I love this craft!
At this time I do not offer layaway! sorry!

The bear you order will be the one you receive, as my creations are one of a kind, unless otherwise clearly stated - what you fall in love with is what you get! I don't swap bears or alter the specifications of them.
I do not take custom orders at this time.....Sorry!
