My name is Ika Wagner-Heinze and I live on and old farm in the country near by a big forest 🌳 It’s a kind of fairy land and this surrounding inspires me. Most ideas for the bears are born on my long walks with my little dog. In this atmosphere between reality and fairytale, nature and dream.
I am doing teddybears since a long time and every one is unique and has its own character. They are made of the finest materials like Steiff-Schulte mohair, viscose and old fabrics and lace found on flea markets in France. They are filled with cotton wool and glas granulate and very important hand painted and hand dyed. Enjoy 🍃
