I have loved arts and crafts for as long as I can remember but finding teddy bear artistry was a turning point for me and I have been completely smitten ever since. I am completely self taught and work on my creations here at home on the East coast of Yorkshire.

I have been a full time teddy bear artist since 2004 and I just love making bears! From the first spark of an idea to designing the pattern and then the anticipation as my new creation begins to emerge and his or her personality starts to shine through.

I have made numerous dog breeds and all sorts of critters from dragons and unicorns to bumble bees and penguins. Each bear is unique and every charming ‘take me home’ face is designed, hand sewn and painstakingly hand finished with love.

For that special touch, each bear will have a piece of Whitby jet or a 'beach gem', combed from local beaches.

All of my creations are my own original design and are completely hand sewn by myself in a smoke free environment. They are all single edition or 'one off'

I always use the finest quality materials and I set myself high standards of quality to ensure every collector is happy with their new addition. All bears are fully jointed and have English glass eyes. I use mainly poly fibre and steel shot (not lead) for fillings (unless otherwise stated).

Each bear has a certificate of authenticity and a sewn in fabric tag.
