ALEANDRO E SMERALDA are my vintage bear and they are 10" tall; (Head circumference is 16") They has been made with beige and coffee color viscose mohair, old black german glass eyes where I added light brown color, Nose embroidered with black perle cotton; hands, paw pads, ears and muzzle lightly brown painted; 5-way double cotter pin jointed, stuffed with polyfill, wool and steel balls.
I made a kite with wire and upholstery fabric and a little Raggedy doll made of light pink cotton, then stuffed. The dress is of upholstery fabric as kite; brown wool for hair, embroidered her face.
Smeranda also wears a circlet made of old lace and rusty bells
