Darcy By Nora Begona 12 inches (30.4 centimeters) Let me introduce you to my newest creation, "Darcy ". He is made from faux fur, felt and needle felting. Darcy measures 12 inches approximately. He is jointed and could sit and stand with a little help but he likes it.(doll stand included) He is softly stuffed with poly fiber and glass nuggets to sit comfortably. I have created his features using a mixture of techniques including hand shading, needle felting, needle sculpting and scissoring to bring out his darling sweet look. I create all my patterns even the designs for the outfits. DArcy is wearing a Victorian jacket with felt vest, hand embroidered. His pocket watch is made of felt too. He has deep blue eyes which have been painted by myself. I hope you enjoy looking at the photos and please do get in touch if you have any questions. I have been an artist for more than 20 years and recently I started carrying out all my ideas on Ooak dolls. I fell in love with Bears and Bunnies and other characters. I enjoy creating every detail for each doll. Many of my babies have found home in U.K, USA and Singapore. These dolls are intended for adults because of the small pieces they have. They are not toys. Each doll is unique, I do not repeat the designs, and you will have him with a Certificate of Birth and authenticity.
