Please meet "Junjie" - Chinese name meaning handsome hero. He is a one of a kind mohair artist bear who is full of character and has a big personality. Do you have room in your hug for this handsome bear?! He is quite unusual and could be a Valentine's Bear with his red theme and hearts on his hat!
He measures approx 11" tall when he is standing and 7" when sitting. If you include his ears he is about 12 inches tall!!!
He has been created from:
Sparse wavy black mohair. Sparse natural string mohair. Wavy long dusky red mohair inner ears, extra long wavy black mohair outer ears. He has silky red woven / embroidered, chinese / phoenix design fabric paw pads which have been backed / lined.
He is fully jointed with cotter pin joints and has a wobble joint for his head!!.
He is weighted with glass beads in his body, arms, and feet and filled with poly fibre filling. All his joints move freely making him very poseable!
He also has a sewn in woven ribbon tag in his back.
Black glass eyes.
Tones of red perle cotton thread nose with sparkly hightlights. Black perle cotton eyebrow and mouth detail. He wears a 'made with love' pendant around his neck with colourful glass beads and pretty red ribbons tied in a bow.He also has a handmade red velvet hat which is removable & has been decorated with various heart shaped buttons and a jingly bell at the tip.
'Junjie' will arrive with his own signed swing tag label.
He is a collectors item therefore he is not suitable for children under 14 years of age. If you would like to see more photos please email me.
