This is Smiley.

Smiley is a bear of 23 centimeters tall standing.
He is made of nice wavy mohair and filled with mohair, cotton filling and pellets for extra weight.
His face is needlefelted with merino wool and hand shaded. He has German glass eyes.
Smiley is 5 way jointed with cotterpins.
Smiley can't stand on his own.
Around his neck he wears a smiley charm.
