Please meet a very sweet brand new designed Dragon bear called Sophie. Who is patiently awaiting adoption : )

This little bear is number 1602 in the Carol's Bears series and comes with a signed and numbered Carol's Bears certificate.

She is approx 7.5 inches in height and made from a lovely mixture of long white faux fur and natural mohair. Sophie has been created from a brand new design. She is fully cotterpin jointed with English 14mm handpainted blue Glass Eyes, sculpted in brown eyelids. She is filled with dense stuffing for extra weight. This little bear has a scissor sculpted nose, which has been airbrushed: ) Sophie has a sweet little tail with a golden felt tip which has been sewn.
She has an embroidered fabric Carol's Bears label sewn into her back. Sophie's inner ears are made from pebble mohair and her foot pads are made from faux cashmere, which have been aged using airbrushed raw ochre acrylic paint. She has white faux fur on her belly and the same faux fur on her arms. She also has faux cashmere horns on her head and nose.
Sophie has handmade printed cotton fabric wings with an oriental dragon design backed with mohair :)

This little dragon is entirely hand sewn and from a pet and smoke free home and only the best quality materials have been used in making this little bear.

Bears of Bath/Carol's Bears is a member of the Guild of Master Bear Crafters
& a finalist of the British Bear Artist Awards 2007 and 2010. Bears of Bath has also appeared in Teddy Bear Times and this edition of the Teddy Bear Annual..
Bears of Bath has just won 1st prize in the Miniature Undressed Section of the British Bear Artists Award 2011

She will arrive at her new home, carefully wrapped in a strong box, with her 'carolsbears' certificate of authenticity.
