Daphne is a fully-jointed, OOAK, 17-inch bear with a very wobbly neck joint. She is made from fluffy, stone-coloured, curly mohair with beige woollen paw pads. She has black glass corner eyes, a brown embroidered nose outlined in black and a little bit of black shading for emphasis on her nose and eyes. She is firmly filled with polyester and prefers to sit. Daphne is the first in a series of experimental bears of a more traditional kind. She has large ears which are good for listening and keeping secrets. She has a patterned satin ribbon tied loosely in a bow around her neck.
