Fondant is a OOAK, 7-inch bear that is unjointed except at the neck. She is made from distressed, stone-coloured mohair that has a dark backing. Her paw pads are made from a soft-pink coloured, patterned velvety fabric. She amber glass corner eyes and a brown embroidered nose which is outlined in black. She is meant to be a bear that you handle a lot so she is very softly filled with a mixture of polyester and pellets. Her head is more firmly filled with polyester and has a little bit of excelsior in the muzzle. She has 2 pink ribbons round her neck, one has a little brass bell attached.

I see her as the sort of bear you could slip into a pocket or a handbag when you need a bit of furry moral support.
