Surprise!

Surprise is a one of a kind creation. This is a brand new design by me, Alison McKee of eTeddys. Surprise is a big, chubby, cuddly bear at 20 inches tall. I named him Surprise because of his mohair color. I was over-dyeing a piece of mohair for this new pattern. The color didn't turn out at all like I thought it would. But, it was a lovely surprise. The color is a light teal with darker strands and a white backing. It's very unusual and much to my surprise, I had some beautiful ribbon that matched the color perfectly! I gave Surprise mauve colored eyes to coordinate with the second color in his elaborate ribbon ruff. Surprise is fully cotter pin jointed and stuffed with polyfil and bb's. Just for fun, Surprise will arrive with a surprise for his new bear mom/dad. It's in the box, and I can't say what it is or it wouldn't be a surprise!
