Abercrombie, as darling as his name is long!
Abercrombie is the newest warm fuzzy from Sudey Babes. Made of imported, dense, dark-tipped cream Mohair, he is totally hand-stitched from an original Sudey design pattern. Fully jointed with heavy nylon thread and filled with pellets for added weight, he stands 7" tall but can sit comfortably in the palm of your hand.
He has glass bead eyes and an embroidered perle cotton nose. His snout and paw pads have been closely scissor trimmed and his face lightly shaded.
He is a collectible bear and not suited for children or small rough hands. Abercrombie wears a snazzy lavender-blue bow and a signature Sudey Charm key necklace.

Welcome to my furry little corner of the world!
I'm Sudey and these are some of my *Babes*, the rascally. four-legged, growlers of my HUG.
I've been a Teddy Artist for over 25 years and my passion for bears came to be after I made a small teddy for my firstborn son. Sudey's Babes blossomed after my daughter bounced happily into the world and the addiction was set for life.
Over the years I promoted Craft Gatherings and ran my own Artisan Craft and Gift Shop. I took a mini-break to get all the teddy fur out of my nose and make sure the kids grew to adulthood safely and relatively sanely!
Now, as Empty Nest Syndrome has settled around me, the creative urges are beating in my heart and I've returned to my arctophile passion, surrounding my life with the warm attitudes and richness of all those little personalities.
Sudey Babes are all original designs embracing the Antique and Classic styles, as well as more Contemporary design.
Most of the bears are between 4 and 12 inches. Made of imported Mohair, Alpaca and luxury synthetic faux furs, every bear has it's own, distinct personality.
All bears are adoptable! They all come with a Sudey Babe tag and signature Sudey Charm necklace that is removable.(personalized, bead-name necklaces are available on request) Even the gruffest of bears needs good accessories!
While I keep the adoption site very up-to-date, when you want to adopt a Sudey Babe, I will contact you to make sure that particular Babe is still available.
