Hello! I create contemporary bears since 2006, I live in Nancy (France), a city famous for its Place Stanislas, one of the most beautiful squares in the world.
In 2013, I was the French Artist of the Year, during the French Teddy Awards, thanks to my clown Jules. Since 2014, I am the first bear maker to be a member of the prestigious Art Workshops of France: artist bears are quite unknown in France, so it is a great recognition as an arts and crafts discipline. In 2015, for my first participation, I had the honour to get a TOBY Industry's Choice Award, for my bear Leon and an URSA award for Theodore & Barnabé. In 2016, I was thrilled to get a second TOBY for my bear Éloïse and the Gueules de Miel trophee in Paris for Peau d'Âne (Donkeyskin). In 2017, I won another TOBY Industry's Choice Award for my bear Louis... For my piece Dagobear, I won a prize in an art competition held by the city of Reims! I was honoured to be awarded, as I was competing against glassworkers and ceramists for instance. In 2018, I won a fourth TOBY Award for Nicolas.
